What is the return policy?
Purchases made from December 1st, 2023, 12:01 am EST to December 31st, 2023, 11:59 pm EST on usroyal.co will be eligible for return until January 31st. This policy also applies to the date of delivery for usroyal.co orders.
For purchases made outside of this period, they are eligible for a 30-day return policy only. Orders placed during the holiday period but delivered after the end date of the policy will follow the regular return policy of 30 days past the delivery date.
No individual item of a set can be returned as a complete set. Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU, and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered. To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• No individual item of a set can be returned for a refund, store credit, and/or size exchange and must be returned as a complete set.
EXCHANGES
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers for. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of MI, may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
